Reveal Beauty Plastic Surgery welcomes patients from all areas of the USA and beyond. Our goal is to make your process of remote surgery as seamless as possible.
The first step would be to contact us by submitting our online form, sending us a text, or emailing our Consultation Coordinators directly at: reavelbeauty@revealbeauty.net. We require that all out-of-town patients submit high-resolution (full-sized) photos that are taken with no flash, in a room or natural lighting.

Photos can be submitted to our office via two methods – text message to our office number 205-408-9787 or email revealbeauty@revealbeauty.net.
Please take multiple photos from various angles (frontal, quarter shot, and profile shot). Having someone take the photos of you tends to work better compared to “selfies.” Facial photos, please have long hair placed into a hair-tie away from your face/neck.
We welcome annotated photos pointing out areas of concern as well as “goal” photos.
Our Consultation Coordinators are here to assist you with the initial step in our scheduling process – the phone consultation. A thorough health history will be collected, including information about past surgeries and hospitalizations.
Our physicians will contact you via phone call or Zoom. Please have Zoom downloaded onto your chosen device to avoid any delays during your consultation.
Our cosmetic consultations are complimentary; however, we do require a credit card to hold your spot on our schedule. If you do not answer the phone, you will be charged a “no-show” fee of $75.
After the consultation, a surgical date may be secured with a $500 deposit to hold the time on the calendar; this deposit is non-refundable. The pre-operative visit is scheduled 2 weeks before surgery and can be handled by phone if you live far away. All of the necessary paperwork for this visit is emailed in advance. If both your consultation and your preoperative visit occur virtually/by phone, you will be required to arrive the afternoon before your surgery for an in-person review session and physical exam with our physicians.
Our local airport is the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport, and it is approximately 20 minutes away from our office.

Various procedures have recommended lengths of stay based on multiple factors. Below we have listed guidelines for various procedures that we perform; however, your situation may be different. Please inquire with your physician regarding your specific needs/expectations. You are required to have a caregiver present with you for the first 24 hours after your procedure. We can provide a list of local caregivers, if required.
Pharmacies are not willing to fill pain medications across state lines; therefore, we are happy to leave your prescriptions with a pharmacy within close proximity to our office, enabling you pto pick up your prescriptions the day before your procedure.
